       This heifer comes from the top of our 2006 crop.  Zech wanted a good one and here she is.  She has The Shadow, Dixie Hunter, Overwhelmer and Shena Bail in her pedigree.  Her mother has 64" of double twist horns.  She is exposed to PCC Generater who is producing early horn growth on his calves.  She is extremely gentle and loves scratches.

     This little gal produced a herd sire with here first calf.  Her calves have had the same thick horn base that she possesses and she passes on her correct structure to her calves.  She is very gentle and loves to be scratched.  AI'd to JR Seaman for a December 15th calf.  Don't let this one get away!

     Lotta Spice is a Butler/Phillips blend that worked for us.  Her mother, G&L Poppy Seed, had double twisted horns and Spice’s horns have just started to roll over.  The genetics of Lotta Class (74+) and Lotta Boom influenced us to use Primero Class in our AI Program.  She produces calves with color and horn.

     Star Spangled represents everything that G&L Highjacker did for our program.  She has been a consistent winner in the show ring and a producer in the pasture.  She is structurally correct in her conformation, large boned, and a heavy milker.  Her calves have been flashy and wild colored with her mother’s sweet disposition.

     True Obsession is a full sister to G&L Highjacker.  Obsession was an absolute delight to show and was chosen the 2000 World Show Grand Champion Non-Haltered Female.  She has produced 2 herd sires, a millennium futurity class winner and is a Dam of Distinction in the TLBAA Roll of Honor.  She passes her size and milking ability on to her daughters.

    G&L Sassy Sage is a large framed Highjacker daughter that was a World Show Class Champion in 2000.  She is one of those solid producers that you can count on every year to bring you and outstanding calf.  Her grandmother was a 1250 lb Texas Ranger daughter with big based, twisty horns.

     Queen was bred by Kurt and Glenda Twining and is out of an over 60” horned brown cow.  She has her first calf on the ground and is doing a good job with him.  Her horns are red at the base and are growing at a consistent rate.  She should be a big horned cow at maturity.

     Buttons is sired by G&L Showdown, The Shadow/Dixie Hunter, and out of Overwhelmer breeding on the bottom side.  Larry asked for a good one, and here she is!  She is bred to our PCC Evader son, PCC Generader who is a double bred Gunman.  The calf from this cross sould be outstanding with a ton of horn. All of the females on the bottom side of  her pedigree have double twist horns so she will be exciting to watch.

     Delta Fantasy is a Johnny Hoffman bred Emperor daughter that has it all.  She extremely tall, large boned, beautiful color and topped with 68” of Texas twist horns.  She will be going into an embryo transfer program this spring.

 

Hawaiian Girl     (3/5/89)

     Hawaiian Girl was shown successfully and won several Mature Grand Champion honors.  She produced 2 World Class Champions, 10 natural calves, and 5 calves by embryo transfer for us.  Her calves are consistently correct in their conformation.  At 18 years old, she still has a perfect udder and calves on a regular schedule.

     Doll is a beautiful red roan heifer with a frosted face.  She comes from old horn genetics on the bottom side and her sire is Kilimanjaro.  Her mother was a solid producer for us for years and is now owned by Judy and John Coats.

     Amazin comes to us from Betty Lamb’s program.  She is a large boned, full bodied cow that gives her structure to her offspring.  She is a genetic package that has worked with several different bulls giving us mostly heifers.  She is a good mother and has actually helped other cows with the rearing of their babies.
